We collect information about you when you visit the Site, when you use the Site, and any time you provide information to us. To use the Site, you will need to provide us with certain personally identifying information ("Personally Identifying Information") to create an account. To use the features and functionality of the Site, you will need to create an account with us. To create an account, you will need to provide Personally Identifying Information to us. As you know, the Site is a platform that connects artists ("Artists") providing hair, make-up, nails, wax, massage and other health and beauty services (collectively, “Beauty Services”) with clients seeking such services (“Clients”). Artists and Clients are both users of the Site and are herein after referred to collectively as “Users.”
Any Artist wishing to set up an account with us must provide the following Personally Identifying Information:
Contact information (phone, email, physical address)
State agency professional license number(s) or professional certificate(s)
Tax identification numbers (SSN, date of birth)
Bank account information to receive payments from the platform
Geolocation information from your device to assist in consumer search efforts
Self-portrait (aka, "Selfie") for security and identification
Of that information, the following Personally Identifying Information is publicly available on the Site:
First Name and last initial (e.g. "Joe D.")
Professional license type (e.g. Barber, Massage Therapist, Cosmetologist) if applicable
Link to professional license or certificate information, indicating the full name and license number of the artist
Any Client wishing to set up an account with us must provide the following Personally Identifying Information:
Mobile Phone Number
Selfie for security and identification
Credit card number, expiration, CCV, and billing address for payment processing
Desired appointment address when requesting services to be performed outside of the Artist’s workplace
Of that information, the following Personally Identifying Information is made available to Artists:
First Name and last initial (e.g. "Jane D.")
Desired appointment address

Improving Your Experience
We may disclose your Personal Identifying Information to our affiliates, as well as third parties as follows below:
Your Personally Identifying Information may be shared with third-party service providers that assist us in payment processing, background and credit checks, transaction history, metrics analysis, platform stability, customer relations, sales and marketing, security monitoring, and insurance. We have agreements from these third parties prohibiting them from using your Personally Identifying Information for any purpose other than providing the product or service that you requested.
Your Personally Identifying Information may be shared with law enforcement officials if it relates to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.
Necessary or for Safety Reasons
We may also disclose your Personally Identifying Information to third parties if required or permitted to do so by law, for fraud protection and credit risk reduction purposes, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights or property of LISA or the users of the Site, to act under urgent circumstances to protect the safety of LISA or its employees or a member of the public, or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.
Sale or Acquisition of Assets
If LISA becomes involved in a transaction involving the sale of its assets, such as a merger or acquisition, or if LISA is transferred to another company, LISA may disclose and/or transfer your Personally Identifying Information as part of the transaction. If the surviving entity in that transaction is not LISA, the surviving entity may use your Personally Identifying Information pursuant to their own privacy policies, and those policies may be different from this Policy.
We may use your Personally Identifying Information to market our products and services to you. When working with our business partners, we may also market the products and services of our partners to you. Please know that we will never provide your Personally Identifying Information to third parties, including our business partners, for them to market or to sell products or services to you.
We provide Non-Personal Information to third parties, including analytics companies and business partners, to help us understand usage patterns, to create new features, promotions, functionality, services and for marketing purposes. We allow third parties, including analytics companies and business partners, to collect Non-Personal Information from the Site for us for those same purposes. We may make Non-Personal Information publicly available in an aggregated statistical form.
We encourage you to review the features and functionality of the Site prior to submitting User Content to us because they may change over time.
We may post news and events on the Site which may contain Personally Identifying Information. We will obtain your consent to post your name along with your news or event prior to posting the news or event.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information
If your Personally Identifying Information changes, or if you no longer desire to maintain an account, you may correct, update, amend, or deactivate it by emailing our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make all efforts to respond to your request to access within 30 days. If you deactivate your account, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove your User Content from public view but may maintain it on our servers for audit, archival and legal purposes.
We also may collect information through the use of common information-gathering tools such as web beacons or cookies ("Cookie Information"). A cookie is a small string of text that a website can send to your browser which helps the Site remember and customize your visit. You have the option to delete or decline cookies by changing your browser’s settings. No Personally Identifying Information is stored in these cookies.
Children Under 13
This Site is intended for use by persons who are at least 18 years of age. Persons who are not at least 18 years of age may not use the Site. We do not market to and do not knowingly collect any Personally Identifying Information from or about a child under the age of 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 years of age, we will promptly take all reasonable measures to delete that data from our systems.

LISA will notify you in the event we become aware of a security breach involving your Personally Identifying Information (as required by the applicable laws) stored by or for us. By disclosing your email address to us for any reason, you expressly consent to receive electronic notice from us in the event of such a security breach.
We limit access to Personally Identifying Information about you to employees and third parties who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with Personally Identifying Information for you to receive products or services to you through LISA or in order to do their jobs.
The security of your Personally Identifying Information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
This Policy was last modified at the date first printed above. We may update our Policy at any time in our sole discretion and without prior notice. If we change our Policy, we will post those changes to this statement anywhere that it is found and may notify you in other ways that we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to modify our Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Your continued use of the Site after any updates to this Policy have been made constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
